We offer our professional estimating service to building contractors and self builders.
We can create full specifications and tenders for any size contracts. All Estimates would be broken down to include all rates for labour, specialist sub-contractors and materials, alongside any professional fees and charges that may be required.
Our team will work with you, the client, to ensure that you are fully aware of the potential financial impact of the project We can offer advice on levels of contingency needed and allowances for provisional sums
