Our service extends to advising the client on all matters considered within the project, and acting as your representative. Together, we and the client set a course for the project and help everyone involved in the project keep to that course.
We co-ordinate the works including:
- Site Visits / Meetings
- Health and Safety
- Liaise with neighbouring properties/party wall agreements
- Administer sub-contractor works packages
- Progress
- Issue instructions where necessary
- Agree valuations
Working as the client’s representative, we work on “your side of the fence”. For a fixed fee, or alternatively a percentage fee, we can find, organise and oversee subcontractors, paid directly by the client.
